Introduction to the German Labor Law
Inhalt
Employment law for managers plays an important role in various aspects. Mistakes in a warning letter or failure to observe important points and aspects of working time law can lead to legal disputes and cause enormous costs for the company. Therefore, a basic knowledge of employment law is essential for every manager. In this seminar, you will gain insight from an individual and collective employment law perspective and learn everything you need to know about the rights and obligations of a manager. Using case studies, you will develop and deepen your understanding of the implementation and application of labor law content. The seminar encourages active participation and focuses on practical application. The main focus is on the employer's right to issue instructions, absences due to vacation and illness, working hours, fixed-term employment contracts, warnings and termination, and cooperation with the works council.
