The ongoing demographic change has reached the labor market and companies. The number of employees between the age of 25 and 35 will have fallen substantially until 2050 and in parallel people are working longer than ever before. This development creates ambitious challenges for managers: Lack of well qualified enployees from the “Generation Y”, comes together with the disappearance of the valuable expertise of retirees and a mix of different values and expectations within multi-generation-teams. In the training participants have the opportunity to deal with this aspects and jointly developing how to lead the different generations.
